Is this where they send the incompetent doctors? My 2nd visit here for the same issue. The doctor phoned the hospital 3 times and was told exactly what to prescribe only to decide she couldn't do it so I had to drag my baby to the hospital the following day. The hospital have had to write a letter saying the doctor can prescribe the medication. I won't make the mistake of accepting another appointment there.

I took my very premature baby for an appointment when describing his symptoms the doctors response was "why?" I eventually left with instructions to speak to my health visitor. We ended up returning the following week to my usual surgery and were sent on to the hospital by a doctor that was very surprised when I explained I'd already been in. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the first doctor but I won't be using the MIAMI clinic again. The receptionists were very polite and helpful.

Easy to get an appointment via my surgery for same morning. Durrington H.C. was convenient with good parking, although the waiting room is shabby and with little ventilation. However, one is only there for a short time and the doctor dealt with my needs well.

I telephoned our GP at 4.55pm who recommended I attend the clinic for my 16year son. We arrived at the clinic, were registered by an extremely lovely receptionist and were seen immediately. The problem was sorted in a couple of minutes and we see home by 5.15pm. Excellent service. Thank you.

I had to wait over 20 minutes over my appointment time, however I was pleased to get this slot as I could not get one in my own surgery. The doctor was very kind, diagnosed my problem and suggested medication which gave me instant relief.
